Tessa Kim Designs is an Interior Design Studio specialising in residential and commercial design for both private Clients and Developers. We offer a full turnkey interior design service from new builds and construction to interior architecture, structural design, finishes and furnishing including styling and accessories upon completion.
Our expert team led by Tessa provides a personalised detail driven service ensuring high and exacting standards from concept to completion. We design our service offerings around our Client’s personal needs and requirements.
Tessa comes from a background in Design and after studying she went on to lecture the Bachelor of Arts in Design whilst starting up her interior design studio. The studio also has a key focus on contemporary fine art and investment pieces.
Taking time to understand our client’s requirements, lifestyle, vision and space.
Presentation of the conceptual designs- consisting of proposed plans, layouts, imagery of suggested furniture design and joinery as well as sampling of finishes and fabrics.
Finalisation of the design for sign off. At this stage we also present an itemised breakdown of the costing.
We commence with the production of all items outlined. Our expert team ensure that the production is progressing as planned and in line with exact specifications.
Whilst production is in progress, final finishes are curated with accessories and art for client’s approval.
The realisation of the project is achieved with the final installation, finishing touches and styling.
